While “Clan” symbolises the connection that brings these diners together, the number “7” draws on the close resonance to the Chinese word for “togetherness”.

The menu seeks to present the best of culinary craftsmanship in modern Chinese cuisine by Chef Dee Chan and his team through an innovative repertoire of traditional classics.
